Catch Up!

Ok so I haven't posted a lot of pictures since I got here. I am doing so much and having so much fun that I never make the time to take pictures or blog. So here is a little catch up from the month of February. Everyone gets bored if we stay home all day long so after some exploring we have found some places that we can go have fun during the day. This is a fun little play place at the mall so they get to play and I get to browse the mall. Win Win.

The bad side to taking them out is that they ALWAYS fall asleep on the way home then they fall apart and the world ends when I wake them up.

Twice a week Jayden goes to Tae Kwan Do. All the kids think they have some pretty sweet moves. Oh, and they love to take pictures and get thier picture taken.

The kids had a fun time picking out thier valentines and having thier parties at school. Jayden ended up with Nascar valentines, Baylor had princess ones (naturally), and Jake's were Spiderman. Their "Ama" sent a big package of candy for Valentine's day and they were all hyped up on sugar for a good while.

This group of girls have become some of my good friends out here. A few days before my birthday we went out for yogurt (everything is frozen yougurt here, not ice cream...and it's divine) to celebrate. On my actual birthday, the kids and I opened the package from home. I'm not sure who was more excited, me or them. It contained a beach towel, a cd, a picture frame, a one year subscription to Creating Keepsakes magazine, a rolling pin and spices to make peppeoni rolls a.k.a. pizza bread (I am struggling in the cooking department) and lots and lots of cookies, crackers and treats! Thanks family!!

That night, Craig, Kim, and the kids gave me my present...a year long pass to Disneyland! Hooray! And that night we loaded up the kids and headed off to the happiest place on earth.

After a late night partying at Disneyland, our ward headed up to L.A. to go to the temple this morning. The weather was beautiful and it was a really neat experience to be able to do baptisms with my ward in a temple I had never been inside of before. The ward out here is amazing and has been 90% of the reason I am loving it out here. This is a picture of Darci and I outside the temple.

I am officially caught up. Phew. It is crazy to think that I have been here for a month. I have already had lots of good times and funny memories. I can't wait to see what the next 10 months have in store!
