Aggie basketball

One of the highlights of college life in Logan is going to basketball games in the Spectrum.  There is nothing like sitting in the student section during an exciting game of Aggie basketball.  Since all of my siblings have experienced this as students except Parker, I took it upon myself to take him to a game before he left on his mission.

We headed up on Saturday night and met up with Amanda and Landen for dinner at Firehouse.
Then we headed to the game.  As the team entered the stadium and the fight song started playing I leaned over to Parker so excited and said "Do you have butterflies of excitement in your stomach like I do?!"  He just looked at me like I was an idiot and rolled his eyes.  I took that as a no.  I guess it's an Aggie thing.

Time to rally for the exciting comeback Aggies...

...or not.  The ending was a sad, but it was a fun game since it was so close the whole time.

After the game Landen went home and Amanda, Parker and I went back to Amanda's apartment.  We watched the second half of the Jazz game (much to Amanda's dismay), watched This Is It and just goofed around until the wee hours of the morning.  With Parker leaving on his mission and Amanda getting married it's fun to get together as siblings while we still can!  It was a quick trip but a really fun weekend we got to spend together!

It is a little heart breaking when we don't win. Glad you could enjoy a game and spend some time with your siblings.

thanks for posting that lovely, and my that I mean hideous, picture. It was a fun weekend though. Too bad the Aggie's lost while Parker was here :(
