It is always interesting to hear the kids prayers. This was what Jake's was the other day:
"Heavenly Father, thank you for the food. Thank you for the Angels. Thank you
for the Yankees. Jesus name, Amen."
It is like pulling teeth to get the kids to tell me anything about school but I always get a good chuckle when they tell me about what they learned in "chapel".
Jake: We learned about some people in the Bible today.
Me: Oh really? Who?
Jake: Guess (this is their new thing. they make me guess EVERYTHING)..but this
time he gave me a hint...one of thier names is the same as an American Idol.
Me: Adam?
Jake: Yeah! And guess the other one.
Me: I don't know (I wanted to see what he would say)
Jake: Eve. They were in a garden. And they made friends...with animals. And
there were apples, but they couldn't eat the apples. But they ate the apples so
they got kicked out from the animals.
One thing is for sure, I am always entertained.

Haha he was a lot more accurate than I was going to give him credit for. You really should do a big long post of everything they say (if you can remember them)
So funny, and who isn't grateful for baseball. Hope you are doing well.
